Last Will & Testament

In the name of God Amen
I, Abraham Wilsden, of the town of Folkestone in the county of Kent, Baker, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding do make this my last will and testament in [?ha??er] and form following I give, devide and bequeathe unto my beloved wife Mary Gill Wilsden all my goods chattels and effects of whatever nature or kind soever it may be and to hold the same during her natu- ral life and after her decease I give until my grand child George Andrews all my baking utensils which may then and there belong, and for the use of the bakehouse. And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my goods chattels and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind and quality the same may be I shall give and bequeath until my said grandchild George Andrews and unto my grand child Sarah Gill Andrews both of the town of Folkestone in the county of kent that they may share and share alike in whatever share may [something] for them to devide upon. And as for my son Abraham Wilsden with whom I have had but little communication with these some years past and who has scarcely acknowledged his parents during that time I therefore contribute this small legacy of one shilling to be paid to him and I do hereby constitute and appoint my loving wife Mary Gill Wilsden the said George Andrews and Sarah Gill Andrews executrix and executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former and other wills and testaments by me at any time therefore made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal seal this seventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven. In the presence of Baker Penny = John Wiles. Abr Wilsden.

Proved at London the 13th April 1837 before the Judge by the oath of Sarah Gill Stevens formerly Andrews (wife of Charles Stevens) the grand daughter the surviving executor to whom [something] was granted having been first sworn by [something] duly to administer.
